STEELHEAD
Summer steelhead are a very acrobatic fish. Steelhead are a sea running rainbow trout and will average 8-12 pounds with some over 20 pounds. Winter steelhead are incredibly exciting to catch, especially on light tackle. I work several area rivers so there is always some hot fishing action but December and January are the best times for steelhead. These fish average from 6-10 lbs. but can often go as high as 15 lbs. or more. These fish are great fun to catch and when you add some terrific river scenery, you simply have a great day. How can you miss? Let's go fishin'!

WALLEYE
The Columbia River provides what some call one of the best walleye fisheries in the world. And a few even suggest that the next world record walleye may come from the Columbia River. 6-10 lb. walleyes are not uncommon with many going up to 15 lbs. and higher. These great tasting fish are catchable from early spring to early fall and provide a fun day on the water. I use various techniques at different times of the year to assure success.

SHAD
These fish start their way up the Columbia River by the tens of thousands with as many as 80,000 go over the dam in one day. They are a scrappy fighter averaging 2-4 lbs.. One customer called them "A poor mans Steelhead". Shad are a fun fish for kids to catch. There is lots of action so their attention will not be lost. I offer half day trips in the afternoons for Shad.
